All Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, a signature will be required upon delivery.
All successful orders for items in stock will be dispatched within 48hrs of receipt of payment.
Successful orders placed from 1:00pm Friday - 23:00pm Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
UK Customers:
Postage and Packaging is £3.99 for the first item, additional items are charged at £2.49 per item.
EU Customers:
Postage and Packaging is £5.99 for the first item, additional items are charged at £2.49 per item.
Worldwide Customers:
Postage and Packaging is £9.99 for the first item, additional items are charged at £4.99 per item.
Please note that customers outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties.
The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies
vary widely from country to country
RETURNS
It’s important to us that you’re completely satisfied with your purchases.
Streetlife Clothing do check every item before we send it out so that we can maintain our high standards and quality.
But if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange.
Rules and Restrictions:
Returns and exchanges must be sent back to us within 10 days from the date that you receive your order.
Return item(s) will not be refunded if it has been washed, worn or soiled in anyway.
Return item(s) must be returned in its original condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt.
Underwear garments are personal items and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Returns / Refund procedure:
In the first instance please e-mail returns@streetlifeclothing.co.uk informing us that you would like to return item(s).
A returns reference number and returns address will be sent back to you.
Locate the receipt that arrived with your items.
Write the returns reference number on the receipt and put the receipt with your merchandise.
Mail your return item(s) back to us, returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post.
Please note Postage and Packaging costs incurred when ordering or returning goods are not refundable, unless we have sent you the wrong item or the product is proven faulty.
We will email you on the day that your refund is processed. The email will tell you the exact amount of your refund.
IMPORTANT
Please do not return any goods unless you qualify under all the refund terms, as we will be unable to process the refund.
Please note when you place an order you are accepting the above refund policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
